Greetings, LifeTogether family. As we sit on the cusp of the third month of these devotionals, things must be said. First, thank you for your faithfulness in joining as one to forever change our relationship with Jesus by walking through these devotions. Together. As one body. As Refuge. My prayerful hope never wavers - that He changes you through His leading, the Scripture, and the readings as much as he changes me as I write them.
Second, I want you to be aware of a change in focus with the LifeTogether devotions. For the time being, we’ll set aside the book of Mark and use the devotions to elaborate on, and reinforce, the Scriptures and thoughts John delivers in his “Back to the Basics” sermon series. For those of you wishing to go even deeper, take advantage of Jason’s toil and technology and listen to the sermons again before embarking on this month’s devotions. Or drop the dollar for the cds. Nothing you sow into the kingdom of God returns null and void.
With that said, experience the next chapter in the LifeTogether journey. I continue to praise God for adopting me into His family and thank you for welcoming us into the Refuge family.
